PLL

Y'all. Pretty Little Liar. Christmas Episode. So Fucking Good.

So many twists and turns and shocks and sads and feels and happys, basically a typical PLL episode only more Christmas-y. First, I'll begin with my thought's on the Ice Ball dresses. My favorite is surprisingly Spencer. Usually on these types of episodes with crazy wardrobes and pretty costumes it's almost always Hanna. But her ensemble is 2nd runner up. Sadly, Aria's was a bit of a disappointment, in my opinion.. I will give the stylists/writers some pity points only because it was super sweet how Ezra gave her the earrings (which I LOVED) and the dress. Lastly, Emily. Oh, Emily. You beautiful person, you. That dress was unflattering on every part of your body except your boobs, which looked phenomenal. That is my Ice Ball dress ranking.

I bet you're wondering why I haven't mentioned Ali's dress.... Well, that's because I have a LOT to discuss about her and the Ice Ball.. Wow. Like, I've always suspected that she was chubby, but PLL camera people are damn good when it comes to angles and cutting to another person or whatever to cover her body from the boobs down. Her dress was quite possibly the most unflattering dress I've ever seen on the show. It's a cute dress and all, but no.. Maybe her and Em should have done the ol' switcheroo. Her creepy masked followers looked way better than she did, which is probably why that bitch made them wear masks... Just sayin...

And can I just say, MONA? Like, woah ghostly and eerie and WHAT? I knew that even though she was brutally murdered in last seasons finale, we would still see her in upcoming episodes. Her creepy "stalking Ali in her dreams and showing her the past/future/present" look was a hit in my book. RIP MONA, you're a psycho bitch but u my gurl.

Now on to my thoughts of the episode as a whole. LOVED IT. Even though I don't particularly care for Christmas, I enjoyed the whole A Christmas Carol vibe. Sad moment when Hanna had a Mona flashback to their adorable shoplifting days, long before their friendship when south because Mona was A. Then the fuckin creepy ass Santa just randomly walking around with a bag and a bell.. Like, can u not? And what did that snow globe message even mean?? I don't think anyone figured it out according to the article on people.com.. "A takes a holiday, so you should too." I'm used to the cryptic A messages, but this one takes the cake. Anyways.. I'm skipping the part with young Ali and the piano and the weird instructions from her mother to lie to her father about the two yellow dresses. But only because I have a lot more thoughts about other parts of the episode. So, onto the Ice Ball. It's a totally different vibe than typical PLL episodes, it's much more cheery and bright yet, at the same time eerie and dark. Their plan is legit. Keep Ali at the Ball and go snoop in her house for evidence that proves Spencer's innocence. What could possibly go wrong?? HA. Personally, I think Toby got the shit end of the stick during their little heist at Ali's. His only job is to be lookout. No one wants to be lookout. That job is lame. So poor Toby is just stuck there, unable to warn Hanna that A is in the house, but I will give him credit. He used the camera's flash bulbs to try to get her attention, but Hanna is blonde and she was on a mission to find evidence. So, yea. Anyways. A scared Hanna, Hanna fainted, Spencer found her. Boom, cut to the creepy fucking masks, and another BOOM, there are eyes looking thru the creepiest one. Two thumbs up, PLL. Good job. Everyone is safe and sound. Then there's Mona again taking Ali to the future where she's in a casket and no one shows up to her funeral (shocker). Her dead mom shows up and tells her that "they" are coming for her and BOOM Ali realizes she's got a one way ticket to HELL when she dies. And when she does kick the bucket, somehow she loses her legs. That'll be a fun episode :) Then, we arrive at my favorite part of the entire episode. The part where the boyfriends (and Paige) are all dressed down in sexy Christmas boxers (and Paige in boxers and a tank top, so un-sexy, but we all know I don't ship Pailey). That part was yummy, and the internet somehow doesn't have any pictures of it. Bummer. But at least I have my mental image of those three sexy men, shirtless... *drool* The couples then have such a wonderful Christmas together, with "Christmas chicken" that I'm guessing Ezra made, and all these cute fucking couple scenes. My heart, and the feels for Haleb is un-freaking-real. <3<3<3 Then the writers tried to do a thing. They tried to make the viewers feel bad by showing Ali peering in thru a frosted window on the group as they laughed and had a lovely Christmas dinner. I literally yelled at my TV "You did that to yourself, Bitch" because Ali is an evil, manipulative Bitch.

Once again, PLL has gone above and beyond on their holiday episode. I will be re-watching it in the next couple of days because the feels. Now I just need January 6th to hurry up and get here so the new season can start!!!

Merry Christmas, Bitches -A
