10 Things To Do When You Feel Sad.

If you're feeling sad, well stop and do these things. You'll (almost) instantly feel better.

1. Play with baby animals. Kittens, puppies, birdies, ferrets, etc.
2. Eat some ice cream. Unless it's cold outside. Then drink some hot chocolate.
3. Take a nature walk and pick yourself a bouquet of feel better flowers.
4. Call you best friend and vent/cry/schedule a pizza meeting.
5. Take a bubble bath. Don't forget the bottle of wine and a good book.
6. Draw a picture. Paint a picture. Take a picture.
7. Write out your feelings. Then save it, or burn it, or rip it shreds.
8. Take a nap and cuddle with a pillow, stuffed animal, person, pet, etc.
9. Go for a jog.
10. Meditate. Do yoga. Clear your mind.
