Like, WUT.?

I have the internet at my fingertips right now. Like, literally. I'm typing on a computer with internet access. How am I still so darn bored?? Oh, well let me tell you. All of the cool sites, and basically the only sites I ever really use, are blocked. Twitter, Netflix, Tumblr. This is almost cruel and unusual punishment. But it's ok. Because I still love my job. I just get sad and bored when I finish all of my work. I just sit here. With the internet. And nothing to do. I can get on pinterest, which is nice. Except when I'm hungry. Because then I get sad looking at delicious recipes. Sometimes I'll play solitaire. But after like, one and a half games, I'm over it. This is just me rambling again. Not sorry, because bored. Something really cool happened today at work though. I'm a little boring receptionist. So I answer phones all day. The company I work for is world wide and it's awesome. So, the office I work in just so happens to be the main company headquarters. People sometimes call from cool places. A guy from Romania called me today. Well, not necessarily me, but he called and I answered. His accent was cool. Yep. It also rained this afternoon. I did some random filing. I answered the phone a LOT today. Like, the thing was ringing off the hook at one point and it gave me a small headache. Having to use my fake nice voice consecutively for like 20 minutes straight isn't that great, just for the record. Eventually, it will be 4:50 and I can start my closing stuff. But until then I'm just going to keep rambling on about whatever pops into my little brain. I have a guy on hold right now. I wonder how long he will hold for until he hangs up.. Jk.. He said he'd call be. That was after 2 minutes. Sometimes I talk to really cool people from the other regional offices. We have offices in Indiana, Delaware, California, and Georgia. I met the regional managers last week. They call me regularly. Well, again, not me technically haha. Some of them make me laugh. The one from Indiana calls me Queen Badass. He is obviously my favorite. Wow am I really rambling on about weird work stuff? Time for some more random, but not work-related randomness. I'm the proud new owner of a small venus fly trap. It's cute. I think I should name it. I wonder if its a boy or girl. If its a girl, I'll name her Vanilla. If it's a boy, I'll name him Vinnie. Clever, huh? I'm going to to with Vanilla. Vanilla the Venus fly trap. That sounds lovely. I'm going to put her in a terrarium. It's going to be so awesome. I'm obsessed with diy projects, so a diy terrarium makes me happy. Pinterest will help me find a cool one. I'll look it up tomorrow. It's now 4:51. It's just about time to start my closing duties. HURRAY.
